There are two different types of outsourcing that Vangard Concept Offices can provide-Full Time and Periodic. Under the Full Time agreement, Vangard Concept Offices staff will be placed on the customer's site for a minimum of 40 hours per week per employee. These employees will assist in managing Facilities CAD and CAFM data as it relates to the management of space, people, leases, assets, moves, telecommunications and work orders. Vangard Concept OfficesGroup can place any of the following individuals full time under this agreement: Operations Coordinator, Operations Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or an Integration Specialist.

Under the Periodic agreement Vangard Concept Offices staff will be placed on the customer's site for 8 to 32 hours a week on pre-specified days. Under this agreement, the customer is charged a minimum monthly charge regardless of the hours used. These employees will assist in managing Facilities CAD and CAFM data as it relates to the management of space, people, leases, assets, moves, telecommunications and work orders. Vangard Concept Offices can place any of the following individuals part time under this agreement: Operations Coordinator, Operations Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or an Integration Specialist.
