Transit
affirms one of our central design philosophies. To design
open-ended, adaptable products that solve problems, and
modify them to meet future challenges. For example, as a
panel system, Transit solves problems without sacrificing
form or function. It eliminates trade-offs by providing
a fusion of function and aesthetics.
Transit
may be assembled without the need for conventional intersections.
Ninety and 180 degree intersections may be accomplished
whenever they are needed. Panel heights may be increased
or decreased through the use of add-on modules. Work surfaces
and overhead storage units can be mounted anywhere within
the workstation footprint.
Cabling
and electrical capacities exceed that of conventional systems.
Transit meets the needs of the organization and the individual
with little or no additional inventory. Transit is also
not governed by module confinements, providing complete
planning freedom.

Boulevard

Boulevard
was developed in response to a need for an aesthetically
advanced, yet simple and value-oriented furniture system.
It is also priced to meet the needs of the broad middle
market and small businesses. In particular, it was designed

Although Boulevard is dimensionally compatible with most
conventional systems, it offers a number of differences.
For example, Boulevard alone offers: Simple to maintain.
Full desk height power and communication. Fewer parts, with
more universal applications, to reduce installation and
reconfiguration costs. And lastly, Boulevard panels utilize
the dimensional accuracy and structural integrity of aluminum
extrusions and precision die cast components.

on critical tasks demanding concentration or confidentiality,
todays performance-driven workspace can be a real challenge.
Now, you can provide access and privacy within your existing
open plan with the Teknion Privacy Screen. The Privacy Screen
has been designed to work with Teknion's Transit and T|O|S
systems. It attaches directly to the panel, with a simple
glide action that instantly creates visual privacy and "personal
space" when it is needed. When the Privacy Screen is not in
use, it glides easily out of the way. The Privacy Screen is
available in Flat and Curved profiles, in two heights. It
attaches to workstations with openings of 36 inches or less,
and is simple to install and remove. The translucent material
creates a bright, comfortable "think space", and the Privacy
Screen is non-handed for easy inventory management and reconfiguration.
